RETURNS POLICY

We understand that you may occasionally wish to return your purchases. We'll be happy to help you with the process.

We follow the 10-day return policy. We will accept returns within 10 days of receiving the product purchased.

Please follow the simple steps for return:

Step 1: Please ensure your item is returned in their original packaging including all the tags, accessories, promotional gifts, watch box, original sales receipt/invoice and warranty cards in an unmarked, unused condition that came with your order.

Step 2: Place the item in a sealed packet

Step 3: Please handover to our courier partner came for pick up. On receipt of the product to our service team in our warehouse, they will inspect and confirm whether the Products are in an acceptable condition or not. This confirmation will be sent to you within 7 working days after we receive the shipment. On successful verification, we will initiate the refund of the returned amount in the mode selected at the time of purchasing the order.

For a refund on orders placed through payment made in the mode of credit card/debit card/Net Banking/Paytm/any other wallet will be refunded in the same mode of channel.

For a refund on cash on delivery orders, the refund will be initiated in the form of a cheque in favor of name registered with us or to the bank account details filled up in form while placing a return request on www.luxxuberance.in

We also have an exchange policy allowed only in the same category and same brand product. If you to choose to exchange the product, the price of the exchanged product is more than the value of the product to be exchanged then the difference amount has to be paid by you. If any deficit, then the difference value will be refunded back to you on the successful delivery of the new product. This will be subject to the discount or offer provided to the products at the time of purchase availed by you which will be considered while exchange. Our courier partner will deliver the new item to you and simultaneously pick up the original item from you.

  • Please note, if the product is purchased from any of our kiosk/ Offline Stores/our e-commerce partners – they cannot be returned via our online store.
  • Any items that have been altered or repaired by an external repair service will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
  • If by any chance the customer does not return the watches box/sunglass case or any other case accompanied with a product then a sum of INR 350 per watch will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • If your order has already been shipped, we invite you to wait until it arrives and then you can refuse to accept your order from our courier partner.
  • Upon confirmation, as per the Return Policy, we will initiate a (whichever selected by the customer) for that particular amount (excluding shipping & COD charges if applied).
  • We will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, we would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the User. The company will have the discretion to decide on the refund amount on a case to case basis.

 

Refund time:

Once the item is picked up and it passes through our quality check, expected refund time is 15-20 days.

 

Pick up attempts:

If Our associate is not able to pick up the item(s) today or if the customer is not available then the pick up will be attempted again, up to a maximum of three times.

 

Cancellation of order:

You can cancel your order or a part of your order online on the swisseagle.com site as long as you do so before it has been processed.

Please note, you can also cancel products you’ve bought during a sale and on all discounted and non-discounted products.

Once you’ve canceled an order, your refund will be credited to your card, bank account or wallet once we’ve finished processing the cancellation.
