SHIPPING FEES

We have a Free Shipping policy for all orders within India. We accept orders to be shipped within the territory of India. If there are any unserviceable pincodes, the orders cannot be accepted from the unserviceable pincodes which will be displayed on the product page 

DELIVERY

All orders are shipped via Bluedart or any other reputed partners. We aim to deliver your purchased products to you within 5-7 working days from the time you place your order.

Once your order has been dispatched we will send you a confirmation email to let you know, along with your unique Bluedart AWB tracking number.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS – ONCE ORDER PLACED

Once your order has been shipped, we cannot change the address for order.

HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER

As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email along with your unique AWB (tracking) number. You may track your order, just follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to “Order History”
  3. Click on “View Order”
  4. Click on “Tracking” which will be available once the order is confirmed

WHAT IF I MISS A DELIVERY?

If you are unavailable when our courier partner arrives with your delivery, they will make two more delivery attempts. If you’re still unavailable after the third attempt, your order will be returned to us. Call us on 1800-123-1444 within one working day of the third attempt and we’ll schedule another delivery date and time that suits you better.

STATUS OF SHIPMENT ON PLACING THE ORDER

Your delivery schedule will depend on the product and the time that you placed your order. Go to the Orders History under My Account or click on the order number in your Order Confirmation email to check on the status of your delivery. You can check this on confirmation of your order by following the steps as follows:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to “Order History”
  3. Click on “View Order” & check status mentioned after order number
